Bianca’s mission is simple: to offer affordable, high-quality dancewear to dancers all over South Africa. To help young dancers shine on stage without breaking the bank. Through Aunty Bee’s, she’s not just dressing dancers; she’s nurturing a community where creativity, kindness, and passion can thrive, one costume at a time.

Bianca, the heart and soul behind Aunty Bee’s Costumes & More, is a passionate mom of two little dancers who has always been deeply in love with the art of dance. Having experienced the joy and excitement of dance firsthand, she saw an opportunity to make a difference in the dance community. During and after the challenges of COVID, Bianca realised that many families were struggling with the high costs of purchasing costumes for competitions. With her deep understanding of both the joy and financial strain dance can bring, she created Aunty Bee’s — a welcoming place where dancers can find both new and pre-loved costumes available for hire or sale.

From collaborating with talented local seamstresses who bring our dancewear designs to life, to partnering with women-led businesses in marketing, branding, and website management, we believe in creating opportunities that support and celebrate female entrepreneurship in South Africa. By fostering these partnerships, we not only ensure high-quality, locally crafted products but also contribute to building a strong, supportive network of women driving innovation and success in their industries.
